1 Actual flow of disaster reports
(1) Communication from Yokohama City to facilities
・In the event of a disaster or when it becomes necessary to be alert to the occurrence of a disaster, Yokohama City will send a request from the city of Yokohama to damage situation to facilities and other facilities using the disaster information sharing system (such as the name of the disaster to be reported) from the following e-mail address.

(Facilities) Address of Elderly Facilities Division <[email protected]>
(2) damage situation Report by Facilities, etc.
・After receiving an e-mail from Yokohama City, select the "Disaster Name" to be reported on the Disaster Information Sharing System and enter damage situation (Example of registration of disaster name: Reiwa ○ typhoon ○, Reiwa ○ year ○ month heavy rain).
In the future, please report whether there is any damage or not.
※[Important!] When reporting, be sure to select the "disaster name" to be reported. If you report to a different disaster name, you may not be able to confirm damage situation by Motoichi.
※In the report, it is necessary to select all required items on the system, but since it is possible to report again, the first report gives top priority to speed and input based on the situation known at the time of the disaster Please report.
