3 Application requirements

Only when the following requirements are met:

（１） Deadline for submitting a permit application for the establishment of hospitals, etc. based on the law
　In the case where construction is not involved in the establishment, etc., in principle, by November 30, the following year of the application, in the case of construction, within the period specified below (however, the planned location is within the area of the six public health centers) When it can be submitted to the head of each city)
(a) In the case of floor expansion due to renovation (modification that does not demolish the main structural part of the building and internal renovation), etc., within one year from the date of notification of the decision on bed allocation
(b) In the case of new establishment (including relocation and redevelopment) and expansion / renovation, within two years from the date of notification of the decision on bed allocation
(c) If new construction involves redevelopment projects, land readjustment projects, etc., the date scheduled in the business plan
(d) Regardless of the preceding three items, if it is found that it is difficult due to coordination with the governor (however, if the planned location is within the area of the six public health centers, the head of each city) Period deemed necessary after adjustment

（２） Handling of beds with bed type exceeding standard beds
　If the medical institution subject to the consultation is existing and the medical institution has an excessive bed type (the number of existing beds exceeds the standard number of beds) in each medical area, the bed will be recognized by this consultation When the number can be reduced by the same number as the number of beds. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is deemed necessary by the Regional Medical Plan Coordination Meeting and the Kanagawa Prefectural Health and Medical Plan Promotion Meeting, which are responsible for matters related to the secondary health care area.
