Chiba Prefecture has held six expert meetings for this offending company and has provided strict guidance such as strengthening monitoring and guidance.
　Therefore, in order to prevent pollution of the water quality of public water bodies and groundwater, we will continue to thoroughly comply with the Water Pollution Control Law, in particular, thoroughly notify the Water Pollution Control Law, and operate businesses including affiliated companies. • Dissemination of the Water Pollution Control Law, including affiliated companies, and thorough environmental management
• Compliance with wastewater standards through voluntary measurement and thorough inspection of facilities
• Thorough prevention of accidents, emergency measures in the event of an accident, and prompt notification

• Unreported, false reports | Imprisonment of up to 3 months or a fine of up to 300,000 yen
• Exceeding wastewater standards | Imprisonment of up to 6 months or a fine of up to 500,000 yen
• Unrecorded, false, and records of self-measurement | Fine of up to 300,000 yen
