Along with the revision of the Act on Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings, etc., we revised some of the outlines that stipulate necessary matters concerning registration form according to the provisions of Article 4-2-2 of the Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations. (Effective: April 1, 2025)
Please note that if you submit a confirmation application after April 1, 2025, the style will be updated.

　Due to a partial revision of the Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations (Regulation No. 90 of 2012), a provision has been established for building owners to notify the mayor of registration form regarding the status of procedures such as building agreements when applying for confirmation. . (Article 4-2-2 of the Detailed Regulations, promulgation: November 30, 2012, enforcement: January 1, 2013)
Along with this, we have established a summary that stipulates "the status of other procedures specified separately" and other necessary matters prescribed in Article 4-2-2, Paragraph 1 of the Detailed Regulations.

• Before applying for confirmation, please check with the department in charge on the back of registration form about advance procedures for various systems and complete the procedures.
• When submitting a confirmation application to the designated confirmation inspection organization, fill out the necessary items in the registration form (A4.1 sheet) and submit it to the designated confirmation inspection organization along with the confirmation application form. It will be submitted to the Mayor of Yokohama via the designated confirmation inspection organization.
• When you apply for confirmation to Yokohama City, please submit registration form to Mayor Yokohama (window: City of Yokohama, Housing and Architecture Bureau Building Guidance Division).
