Method of submitting periodic reports (April 12, 2021)
From April 1, 2021, the Kanagawa Prefectural Building Safety Association has started submitting periodic reports (trials) (buildings, building equipment, fire prevention equipment) by e-mail, but submit them directly to Yokohama City. The submission method will be "submit directly to the reception desk" or "submit by mail" as before. If there is any change in the method of submitting the report, we will inform you again.

About change of inspection time of building equipment, fire prevention equipment (February 17, 2020)
Until now, the inspection time for building equipment and fire prevention equipment was set to be within one month before the date of the periodic report, but this time, the inspection will be performed within three months before the date of the periodic report. Has been changed.

Review of the scope and items of private video stores, etc. (February 17, 2020)
Of the private room video stores, etc., which have been independently designated as regular reporting targets in Motoichi, we reviewed the survey scope of small ones. The details of the review are as follows.
The scope of investigation and inspection of buildings, building equipment and fire prevention equipment shall be limited to the areas provided for use in such private room video stores and the evacuation route, etc. from there to the ground, and no investigation is required for exterior walls and rooftops.

[Important] Changes related to buildings subject to periodic reporting (August 6, 2019)
Due to the revision of Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Building Standards Law enforced on June 25, 2019, buildings with a part of 200 m2 or less for use of special buildings are excluded from buildings subject to periodic reports. Notification (regular report) regarding survey items, etc. of underground shopping malls (April 1, 2017)
Based on the Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations, items for surveys related to periodic reports of underground shopping malls are stipulated in the notification. [Important] The regular reporting system has been changed since June 1, 2016! (June 1, 2016)

Revision of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations (April 2008) (April 1, 2008)
From April 2008, the periodic report and the periodic report summary have been completely changed due to the revision of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations. Regarding the survey and inspection results, specific survey items and survey methods are stipulated, so please submit them in the prescribed format. In addition, please submit materials such as result diagrams, related photos, and summary of test results. If you do not have a summary document attached, you will not be able to accept it.
