　This project is to change the special urban regeneration area based on the city planning proposal based on Article 37 of the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration.
　As a result of comprehensively evaluating this proposal based on the policy of town development in Motoichi and the purpose of the city regeneration emergency maintenance area, it was determined that it was necessary to change city planning.
　Therefore, we change city reproduction special district to promote town development of central Yokohama, seaside area positively and plan reinforcement of international competitiveness of this district.

　In order to respond to the increase in heat demand due to the progress of block development in the Minato Mirai 21 Central District, we will add and change pipelines and add other facilities.
