In Yokohama City, we are promoting the development of daycare centers as an initiative to eliminate waiting-list children at daycare centers.
We utilize "private nursery school interior maintenance costs assistance business" for opening in April, 2022 and start recruitment of companies to install and operate.

With "Yokohama citizen nursery school interior maintenance costs assistance business", Yokohama-shi assists a part of expense necessary for repair work to maintain authorized nursery school by repair of building.

It shall fall under all of the following a to o and have a legal personality.

　(In the case of rental properties, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the outline of the approval and confirmation of Yokohama citizen nursery school establishment)

(A) Applicable to any of the following
　(a) Continue to operate licensed nursery schools, nursery cooperative authorized child institution (*1), municipal certified nursery schools, or Yokohama nursery rooms with good content from April 1, 2020.
　　　※1 However, it must be a facility that accepts one-year-olds.
　　　※About facility which shifted from 2 local government-certified nursery schools or Yokohama nursery rooms to local type childcare business, we consider it as operation result of facility type before shift including the results of local type childcare business after shift.
　(b) Continue from April 1, 2018, and operate in-house childcare business or small-scale childcare business (excluding type C) in community-based childcare business in Yokohama city with good contents.

(C) In the case of a corporation other than a social welfare corporation, the examination criteria of “Approval of the establishment of a nursery school, etc.” (1212, hired child on December 12, 2014, Equal Employment and Child and Family Bureau Director of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).

D) Must have the necessary resources and trust in setting up and operating a licensed nursery school.

In addition, there is not reason that the mayor recognizes as inappropriate.
