In Yokohama City, we are promoting the development of daycare centers as an initiative to eliminate waiting-list children at daycare centers.
This time, for the secondary recruitment of interior maintenance costs subsidy projects scheduled to be implemented from mid-April 2021, we will implement this project.
We accept prior consultations so that you can proceed with preparations for maintenance smoothly by grasping the maintenance projects.

What is "Yokohama Citizen Nursery Center Interior Maintenance Aid Project"?
Yokohama-shi assists a part of expense necessary for repair to maintain authorized nursery school by repair of building.
[Target]
Development of newly licensed nursery schools and branch gardens (new construction, renovation of existing buildings, etc.)
Maintenance with a total project cost of more than 5 million yen (including tax) due to expansion, expansion, and renovation of existing nursery schools (when more than 3 people can increase the number of authorized employees) (*)
※Facilities that underwent construction of nursery schools and interior construction work in response to subsidies from Motoichi after 2018 are not eligible (excluding extensions).
In addition, after 2011, a part of the skeleton will be demolished at a facility that underwent construction of a nursery school with a subsidy from Motoichi.
It is not applicable to renovations (excluding extensions).

It falls under all of the following (1) to (5) and has a legal status.
（１） There is a possibility that maintenance properties can be secured by the time maintenance starts.
(In the case of rental properties, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the outline of the approval and confirmation of Yokohama citizen nursery school establishment)

（２） One of the following:
　　A. As of April 1, 2020, licensed nursery schools, nursery cooperative authorized child institution (*1), and nursery schools.
　　　Operate a local government certified nursery school or Yokohama nursery room with good content. （※２）
　　　　※1 However, it must be a facility that accepts one-year-olds.
　　　　※2 For facilities that have transitioned from a local government-certified nursery school or Yokohama nursery room to a regional childcare business, the results of the regional childcare business after the transition are included.　　　　　　　
　　　　　　In addition, it will be considered as the operating performance of the facility type before the transition.

　　I Continue from April 1, 2018, and in-house childcare business or community-based childcare business in Yokohama City
　　　Operate small childcare business (excluding type C) with good content.

（３） In the case of corporations other than social welfare corporations, "About approval of establishment of nursery schools, etc."

（４） Have the necessary resources and trust in setting up and operating a new licensed nursery school.
