Electronic application for the High Pressure Gas Safety Act
The procedure was expanded on April 1, 2023! necessary/required procedures has also started accepting application fees.
Last updated on April 17, 2023.
On April 1, 2022, we started electronic applications using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System for procedures related to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
After checking the notes, etc., please use the list of procedures that allow electronic application.
You can also apply at the counter as before.
Precautions for Use of Electronic Application
- User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, please register as a user from "New Registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
※It is also possible to log in using the G-Biz ID. For G Biz ID, please see the Digital Agency website (outside site).
- The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the contents of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be requested depending on the result of the content confirmation.

Notes on Payment of Application Fees
- Payment of fees by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).
- The available online payments are as follows.
Credit card payments VISA、Master、JCB、AMEX(American Express)、Diners(Diners Club International)
<ID settlement> PayPay、LINEPay - A receipt will not be issued for online payment. If you need a receipt, please apply at the counter. (Payment by online payment is not possible at the counter.)
- Please note that it is not possible to cancel the payment once you have paid online.
- After accepting the application, we will check the contents and send you an email to confirm the fee amount. When you receive the e-mail, please check the amount of the fee listed in the e-mail and complete the payment procedure from "My Page" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
About duplicate when filed by electronic application
- You can download a "copy of application contents (PDF file)" reflecting the contents entered in electronic application. Please use it for storage or storage with other procedure documents as a substitute for the duplicate (style) (*).
- We cannot respond to reply with a seal stamped on the “copy of application details (PDF file)”. If necessary, please take measures such as saving it together with the procedure completion email.
- If you need a duplicate stamped with the reception stamp, please apply at the counter or by mail (enclosed with a reply envelope with a stamp). (The payment of the application fee is not supported by necessary/required procedures due to the payment of payment slips.)
(※) For electronic applications related to special filling reports and import procedures, "copy of application details (PDF file)" cannot be downloaded because the application method is different. If necessary, please take measures such as saving the procedure completion email.
Receipt of Grants such as Permits
Grants such as permits will be delivered at the counter.
When the confirmation of the application details and the issuance of the grant are completed, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail, so please receive it at the next office.
※The person in charge may be absent, so please cooperate with us in advance regarding the date and time of your visit.
