What is the shopping district environment improvement support project?

We will support some of the expenses related to hardware maintenance such as street lights and security camera performed by shopping streets and safety inspections of facilities.

・Even if multiple facilities are developed, the maximum subsidy per store association is 10 million yen.
・Please make a contract for construction after the grant is decided.
・About the above assistance target, we may be able to omit plan authorization about thing which urgency or rationality of maintenance is recognized. Please refer to commercial promotion section (045-671-3488).

When the purchase deduction tax amount related to the subsidy is determined by the declaration of the consumption tax amount. Consumption Tax Purchase Deduction Tax Report (No. 33 style)

After reporting the results, if the consumption tax and local consumption tax declaration determine the consumption tax pertaining to the subsidy and the purchase deduction tax pertaining to the local consumption tax, the shopping district environment improvement support project consumption tax purchase deduction tax amount Please report to the mayor immediately by report (the 33rd style). After reviewing the contents of the report, you may be required to return all or part of the purchase deduction tax pertaining to the subsidy.

Notes

  • If the calculated subsidy amount has a fraction of less than 1,000 yen, the fraction shall be rounded down.
  • If the contract amount is expected to be 1 million yen or more, it is mandatory to collect or bid a quote from two or more city businesses. (Not required when applying for a plan certification)
  1. Construction work of 100 million yen or more is, in principle, general competitive bidding
  2. For construction work of 10 million yen or more and less than 100 million yen, nominating competitive bidding of 8 or more persons or estimating estimate of 5 or more persons
  3. Purchase and consignment of goods of 10 million yen or more shall be designated competitive bidding of 5 or more persons or quotation of 3 or more persons.
  4. Construction, purchase and consignment of less than 10 million yen shall be estimated by two or more persons.
  • If the contract amount is 1 million yen or more,resident certificate must be attached to prove that it is a city business operator. For more information, please contact the Commercial Promotion Division.
  • Please perform contract of maintenance work and start of construction after grant decision of subsidy.
  • For voluntary shopping streets, it is a condition that property management and organizational management are stipulated in the terms and conditions so that the responsibility for the management of facilities can be reduced and shared throughout the shopping district organization. Therefore, it may be necessary to revise the terms and conditions.
  • The facilities maintained in this project will be owned by the shopping district, and the shopping district will be responsible for maintenance and final removal. In maintenance of facilities, please consider the cost of maintenance and removal in the future, and plan the amount of necessary facilities.
  • When the shopping district is dissolved, you will have to remove the shopping district facilities that have been maintained, such as arches and street lights. Please contact the Economic Affairs Bureau Commercial Promotion Division as soon as possible.
  • When developing facilities on public roads, please go to the road manager etc. necessary/required procedures. In addition, in the case of private land, consent of landowner is necessary.
