Documents showing the breakdown of expenses such as quotations

Please submit within 30 days after payment of the subsidized expenses or February 27, 2026, whichever comes first.

  2. Photos showing the status of implementation of the project and materials of deliverables (flyers, etc.)
  3. Other documents deemed necessary by the mayor
