Part 1 (13:00-14:40)

Introduction of PPP Study Projects

We will introduce the projects of the “Regional Revitalization Community Development Project (First Yellow / Hinodecho District)” and “Redevelopment of Tsurumi Resource Sorting Center”, which are currently examining PPP in Yokohama City.

Lecture: "Risk sharing and monitoring of PPP/PFI business"

Experienced consultants will give a lecture on risk sharing and monitoring in PPP/PFI projects.

Commentary: About revision of Yokohama-shi PFI guideline

About "Yokohama-shi PFI guidelines" revised in November, we explain main revision points.

Part 2 (15:00-16:00)

Public-Private Group Dialogue [Venue participants only for applicants]

We will hold a public-private group dialogue for about one hour.
Please select the desired theme when applying for the study session.
This is an opportunity for dialogue and exchange with multiple private businesses and the business jurisdiction section, so if you are interested in this project, please join us.
We would like as many people as possible to participate, so please cooperate with the participation of up to two people per company on each theme.
