• Since the launch of the Yokohama City Designated Manager Third-Party Evaluation System, this organization has been certified by a designated manager third-party evaluation organization in Yokohama City, and has been conducting evaluation work for 71 facilities so far.
• Based on the mission of placing CSR (social responsibility for business) and sustainability (sustainable organizational management) activity base in Yokohama, the organization is to return intellectual property related to CSR and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to the community. Evaluation members consisting of academics and professional qualifications from city universities have determined the appropriateness of the management organization and business execution through meticulous dialogue and accurate verification of information, and have provided advice on the continuous development of facilities.
• This organization covers a wide range of areas, including accounting, management, legal affairs, welfare and social security, occupational health and safety, employment, building management, environmental issues, regional response, information security, system construction, ISO, CSR, etc.
• We register with a third-party evaluation organization for welfare services in Kanagawa Prefecture and conduct evaluations.
