• From 2019, it was certified as a Yokohama-shi designated manager third-party evaluation organization.
• In fiscal 2022, the evaluation organization had four evaluators with diverse skills in "Alumni, Government, and academia OBs and Seniors", and evaluated three facilities.

<Activity Philosophy>

• This study group is a group of senior citizens of industry, government, and academia, including companies and governments. What is the philosophy of this activity?

1. Support for the construction of a bright and livable and vibrant community (disaster prevention, environment, public support, etc.)
2. Support for revitalizing the local economy (management and rationalization of SMEs, patents, translation, IT support, etc.)
3. Conduct “Eco-Education and Science Classes” for elementary and junior high school students (coaching to younger generations)

<Activity Policy>

• In order for Yokohama City to aim for as a public facility, take the position of a designated manager based on (1) objectivity of evaluation, (2) specialty, and (3) efficiency, and find many "good points" of the facilities to be evaluated. I will evaluate it. In addition, the designated manager will lead to the improvement of user services and the achievement of the purpose of facility installation, and will conduct evaluation work focusing on proposals that consider issues and measures that will continue to improve facility management.
