1. Participants shall be independent corporations and organizations.
2. Participants shall be those who meet all of the following conditions in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant Qualified Person List in 2017 at the time of submission of the participation intention application form.
(a) Business: “Event planning and operation, etc.” ranked first, and details: A person who has registered all of "Venue setup", "Exhibit creation", "Event planning", and "Event management".
(b) Business: Those who have registered "Print Product Planning Design".
3. The location division must be registered in "city" or "quasi-city".
4. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
5. A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2018) from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of determining the trustee.
6. The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
7. It is not possible to apply as a joint venture.
8. After submitting the proposal, it is not possible to change the business system that will affect the content and evaluation of the proposal.
