１. Participants shall be a single corporation (organization).
２．Participants shall be those who have been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in 2017 and 30 at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and who meet all of the following conditions .
