(2)In the 2017 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods, Consignment, etc.), "Detailed A System Development, Maintenance and Operation" of "Computer Services" and "Detailed A Computer (main unit) of "Computer Services" Being a person who has been registered in "Private Equipment".
(3)Being a person who has not received nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from March 7, 2019 to the opening date.
(4)A person who has a track record of application development and system construction on virtualization infrastructure in the country, prefecture, city or higher in core cities, etc.
(5)Obtain ISO9001 certification or establish an equivalent quality control system as of March 7, 2019.
(6)On March 7, 2019, a person who has multiple publicly qualified information processing engineers, such as the Project Manager (Information Processing Promotion Agency), must be enrolled and has a system capable of performing business.
