1 In the 2020 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List, the following items and details are listed, and the same type is listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List in Reiwa 3rd and 4th.・ Scheduled to be registered in detail (qualification application completed).

• Registered events: No. 1 in “Various Survey Projects”
• Registration details: Details of “A: Market / Public Opinion Poll” and “B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)” in “Various Survey Projects”

　　※If the proposed company is not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List in Reiwa 3.4, the handling will be discussed separately between Yokohama City and the proposed company.
2 A person who has a high level of expertise in the survey business and has a track record of conducting a tourism survey business from one of the national, local governments, or equivalent organizations in the past five years.

Scheduled date of presentation and hearing: Wednesday, March 10, 2021 or Thursday, March 11, 2021
Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
※Depending on the spread of infection in COVID-19 infection, interviews may be conducted via web conferencing.

1 Application Form for Participation
　　Companies wishing to participate in the proposal should submit one copy of each of the following documents.

• Application Form for Participation Intention (Form 1)
• Documents showing that you have applied for the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participation Qualification Examination in Reiwa 3.4
• Reply envelope of the notification of participation qualification confirmation result
• Materials showing the results of outsourcing tourism-related research projects from the national, local governments, or equivalent organizations over the past five years.

2. Proposal

• Proposals created based on Form 3…7 copies (1 original copy, 6 copies)
• Reference Estimate (Form 4) and Breakdown…Part 1
• Application Form for Intention for Disclosure of Proposals (Form 5)…Part 1
• How to submit: Bring or mail (registered mail)
