Those who can plan and propose this proposal are those who have advanced expertise, skills, and experience in the field of tourism and MICE, who can provide the necessary assistance to achieve the purpose of this work, and who meet all of the following requirements:
1 Must be listed in the 2020 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List.
2 Those who have a high level of expertise in both tourism and MICE, and have a track record of assisting the formulation of strategies for both tourism and MICE (including research work for formulation) from the national, local governments, or similar organizations between FY2015 and FY2019.

(1)Date and time of implementation: It is scheduled from 9:00 to 17:00 from Wednesday, March 10, Reiwa 3 to Friday, 12th.
(2)Implementation site: Meeting room in the city hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
※Depending on the spread of infection in COVID-19 infection, interviews may be conducted via web conferencing.

1 Application Form for Participation
Companies wishing to participate in the proposal should submit one copy of each of the following documents.
・Application Form for Participation Intention (Form 1)
・A document that has a high level of expertise in both tourism and MICE, and can confirm the track record of having been commissioned by the national, local governments, or similar organizations between FY2015 and FY2019 (including survey work for development) (documents that show the name of the commissioned business, the contractor, the contract amount, the contract period, and the details of the work)

2. Proposal
Please submit the following documents for those who have submitted the application form and who have been approved for the proposal qualification.
・Proposals created based on (Form 3): 7 copies (1 original copy, 6 copies)
・Reference quotation (Form 4) and breakdown: 1 copy
・Intention proposal form for disclosure of proposal (Form 5): 1 copy
