A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal is a specific consortium based on a shared performance method that satisfies all of the following conditions (a person who has assigned the proposal by item and details for the purpose of jointly performing the work together. (1)Composition when the proposer is a specific consortium

　C. A person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
　D. Each member of a specific consortium cannot be a member of another specific consortium. In addition, members of specific consortiums must not participate as non-consolidated companies.
　(E) In the event “316: Computer Business”, a person who has a track record of introducing a financial accounting system. In the event “402: General Rental”, be a person who has a track record in providing the system.
(3)Qualification conditions of a single company
　A person who satisfies all of the qualification conditions listed in (2) a to (e) above.
