(1)Reiwa 3rd and 4th year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), registered in the detailed "A Software Development / Renovation" and "F: System Survey / Planning" of the event "316: Computer Business" Person. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above event is being applied at the time of submission of the application form and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
(2)Those who have not received the suspension of nomination based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines from the deadline for submission of registration form to the specific date of the candidate.
(3)A person who has a track record of database construction and operation and maintenance, or has a track record of engaging in similar tasks.
