　A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and be qualified to submit a proposal.

(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(2)Being a person who has been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4 Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.

(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal to the specific date of the contract candidate.

(4)A person who has a track record of such business or similar business.

　Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified of that fact and the reason by notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result.

[Submission of Proposals]
　We will issue a proposal-related document submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualification along with a proposal qualification confirmation result notification. Please submit the proposal based on the guidelines for preparing the proposal.
