Other Conditions
A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Being a person who has been registered in "Computer Services (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
- Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal to the trustee specific date.
- In the past, companies or local governments have built a mobile access environment (including secure access environment from intranet to the Internet) that is used by more than 10,000 users.
- Being an information security management system (ISMS) certified business operator and a privacy mark license business operator.
