A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Person who is authorized to register of event "computer duties (316)" and "various investigation plans (320)" in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, trust) in Reiwa 5.6 thing. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
- During the period from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee, no nomination has been suspended according to the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (partially revised April 1, 2021).
- Have a track record of building and operating websites in the past.
