A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Being a person who has been registered in "316: Computer Services" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6
- Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from application deadline of bid participation procedure (February 8, 2024) to contract candidate specific day thing.
- A person who has a track record of designing and developing an integrated address system within the group within the core city scale (population 200,000) or more within the past 10 years.
