A person who satisfies all of the following conditions (1) to (4).
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has been registered in the event "Various Survey Planning" and "Computer Services" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
(3)Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from bid participation application submission deadline to bid opening date.
(4)Have a track record of supporting in-workplace communication rules for the introduction of MicrosoftTeams to countries, local governments, or private companies with more than 8,000 employees within the past five years.
