(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in "Computer Services (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
(3) Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from bid participation application submission deadline to bid opening date.
(4) Have a track record of designing and constructing e-mail systems using Postfix and Dovecot in commissioned work from organizations such as local governments, companies, and other organizations within the past five years.
