A person who has the proposal qualification of this proposal shall be a person who satisfies all of the following conditions and has been confirmed to have the qualification of the submitter of the proposal.

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has been registered in "F: System Survey / Planning of Computer Services (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from Friday, December 22, 2023 to a specific date for the contract candidate.
4. Have a track record of receiving standardization transition support services (procurement or PMO operation support) in government-designated cities. ("Support for Standardization Transition" means that part or all of the business systems pertaining to "Standardization Target Business" in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Law Concerning Standardization of Local Government Information System" is a task that supports project management up to system procurement specifications or system migration in order to shift to a system that conforms to the standardization standards set forth in Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.)
