(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Registration must be approved in "Computer Services (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
