Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request

After confirming that all businesses that have submitted the "Application Form for Participation", we will issue a "Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice" after confirming that they meet the qualifications of the proposer.
Notification date We perform by Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
・ If you meet the proposal qualifications, you will also be issued a “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form”.
・ A person who has been notified that the proposal has not been approved may request a written explanation of the reason.
・By 5:00 pm (excluding the closing date of the city hall), 5 days after the date of sending the “Notification of Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result”, a document requesting explanation (free style) will be submitted to the “Application Form for Participation”. Please submit it to the submission address. Motoichi will respond in writing within 5 days (excluding the city hall closing date) from the day following the date of receipt of the above document.

 Ki Please submit a reference quotation when submitting the proposal for reference when concluding the contract.
    The format does not matter, but please calculate for each business content in the business explanation materials.
 Ku From the viewpoint of checking the operation of UI/UX, etc., it is also possible to explain while displaying the web page along with the proposal PDF data at the hearing.
   In that case, please make sure to meet the following conditions.
   ① On the proposal, the URL of the web page prepared by the proposer in advance and the images that can confirm the same contents as the web page such as the capture screen are described.               
    Yeah. Screens that are not included in the proposal cannot be displayed.
   ② Please indicate on each URL of the web page to be displayed that you wish to display at the time of proposal.
   ③ We carry out hearing on PC which Motoichi prepares (projection by terminal such as PC of proposer is not possible). The web page to be displayed at the time of proposal is a normal inter
