(1) In the Yokohama City General Competition Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), it must be registered as one of the following, and the ranking must be the first place

(2) To assign a qualified public accountant, tax accountant, or SME consultant
(3) Have a track record of having been entrusted with analysis and evaluation of financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting standards for social welfare corporations from FY2021 to FY2023 (any one fiscal year is acceptable)
(4) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article
(5) Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the open call for nomination competitive bidding participation application form to the bidding date
