Any person who intends to participate in this proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
（1） A person who meets any of the following conditions:

（2） Have a track record of work related to the “Nursing Care Facility Business Improvement Support Project” similar business since FY2019.
（3） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（4） Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the measures outline, such as the suspension of Yokohama City nomination suspension, from the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
