4 Response Date and Method
　　We send by e-mail on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

・We will confirm the participation qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a notification of the participation qualification confirmation result (Form 3) regardless of the qualification. If you are able to confirm that you are eligible to participate, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4).
・If you are notified that you have not been eligible for participation, you may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit document to Zero Carbon and GREEN×EXPO Promotion Bureau GREEN × EXPO promotion section of Yokohama-shi by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
・When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
