　　(Note) Please confirm arrival by telephone (045-671-4934). Please attach the questionnaire in a word format.
4 Response Date and Method
　　We send by e-mail around Thursday, February 20, 2025.

・　We send "participation qualification confirmation result notice (style 3)" to all companies which submitted "participation intention application form (style 1 or style 1-2)" around Monday, February 10, 2025 I will do it. If you are able to confirm that you are eligible to participate, we will also send you a “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form (Form 4)”.
・　A person who has been notified that he / she has not been eligible for participation may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit the document to Yokohama City Decarbonization / GREEN x EXPO Promotion Bureau Strategic Planning Division by 5:00 pm, 5 days after the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day when Yokohama City sent the notification.
・　When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day of day when Motoichi received document.
