1. Those who have registered "320 various survey plans" (subjects "A market / opinion polls" and "B consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)") in the business category.
2. Have a track record of various surveys and analysis in local governments.
3. Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
4. From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2021)".

（３） Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including the person in charge of this proposal.
