A person who satisfies all of the following items
（１） Person who is registered in "Relationship of Goods / Consignment (List of Qualified Persons in 2023 / 2024)" on the submission date of the proposal participation application form.
（２） A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2021)" from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
（３） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） Have a track record of advanced knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneur support, support for new business creation, etc.
（５） In the case of a joint venture (a community formed for the purpose of jointly performing the work), all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
　A. Members must meet all of the conditions of (1), (2) and (3).
　(A) The secretary shall be determined, the names of representatives of all members shall be stated, and an agreement of a consortium stamped with each representative shall be concluded.
　　 The seal of the secretary to be sealed shall be the same as the one used at the time of contract.
　(C) The secretary shall meet the conditions of (4).
　D) The assignment of members is clear in the “Consortium Agreement” depending on the content of the work.
　※The Joint Venture Agreement shall be submitted at the time of contract.
　E. A member must not be a member of another consortium that makes proposals for the business. In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a single company.

（２） Implementation site: Economic Affairs Bureau, Yokohama City (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) Scheduled
（３） Attendees: There must be no more than 4 persons, including the person in charge of this proposal.
（４） Others Details such as time and location will be announced separately. In addition, presentations on the use of personal computers etc. by PowerPoint etc. are not allowed.

※This agreement is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2025 being approved in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for 2025 is not voted, the contract will not be concluded.
