(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In the 5th and 6th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the event "Be a person who has been registered in computer business."
(3) Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from March 25, 2025 to bid opening date.
(4) A person who has a track record of such business or similar business in a prefecture or government-designated city.
(5) Within five years from the date of public notice, there must be a track record of design and construction work for systems used in the field of child welfare. (In the case of application for participation in JV, the managing company must meet the conditions of (5))
