A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal shall be a person who falls under all of the following items.

1. 　In the 5th and 6th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as the list of qualified persons in Reiwa 5th and 6th), business events "109: Printed material planning design" "319: Event planning and operation" and "323: Advertising" are registered.
2. 　Being a person who has not received measures to suspend nomination based on the outline of measures such as suspension of Yokohama-shi general competition participation and nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the trustee .

We will have the proposer give a presentation on the content of the proposal and conduct a hearing on it.
