6. You must not be a person who has not reinstated after the declaration of bankruptcy.
7. Not a person who has been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
8. A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (decision to commence rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) Excluding those who have been made and who have recognized by Yokohama City that there is no risk of falling into unperformance.)
