Inspection of external viewpoints for self-analysis of the top 100 businesses in the amount of general revenue utilization

Regarding the top 100 businesses (100 major businesses) that utilize general revenues, the “Financial Vision for Sustainable Development of Yokohama City” (May 2022) stated that as part of expenditure reforms, “Analysis of the current status of 100 major businesses and changes in the business structure, etc.” were conducted prior to FY2022.

In fiscal 2023, we incorporated external perspectives into the business evaluation of 100 major projects and conducted inspections by outside experts to encourage awareness of further improvement by the department in charge, and compiled a report on external perspectives on self-analysis of the 100 major projects (*).

The contents of the report (advice based on inspections, etc.) will be used continuously in future budgeting to promote expenditure reforms.

※The business name, general revenue utilization amount, and business outline are those of the top 100 general revenue utilization amount in the initial budget for FY2022.
