June 2, 2024 We will invite 1,000 people by lot to the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Ceremony and Commemorative Concert.

　Yokohama City holds the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Ceremony every year as a place to pay tribute to the history of the port and the achievements of its predecessors, and wish for the future development of Yokohama. This year, we will celebrate the opening of the port with citizens at a concert by a parent-child unit of Gagaku teacher Hideki Togi and multi-musician Norichika Togi.
　We will invite 1,000 people free of charge to this ceremony and concert by lottery. On the day, you can also use services such as childcare, sign language and written interpretation (advance application required), so please feel free to apply.
