The municipal Higashi-Totsuka Station East Exit No. 2 Bicycle Parking Lot B (hereinafter referred to as “existing facilities”) located in Shinano-cho, Totsuka-ku, Yokohama, which is owned by Yokohama City, closed in August 2021 due to aging facilities and is currently considering redevelopment.
Since the site of the existing facility is directly connected to Higashi Totsuka Station and is a highly convenient land, a dialogue with the company (sounding type market survey) was conducted in July 2022 and March 2023 to promote public recruitment of public bicycle parking lots.
This time, based on the opinions received from the two dialogues (sounding-type market research) with businesses, we will show the conditions for open recruitment (draft) and ask for opinions on this. Based on the opinions of this dialogue, we would like to determine the final recruitment conditions and proceed with the formal business recruitment procedure, so please join us.
