The report of the 2020 Emergency Shopping Street-related Survey Project has been compiled.

In Yokohama City, we regularly conduct surveys to understand the actual situation of shopping streets in the city, the purchasing behavior of citizens, and awareness of shopping streets in order to use them as basic data for shopping street promotion measures.
In fiscal 2020, in light of the situation in COVID-19 infection, etc., we conducted a “management survey” and a “visitor survey” for the first time in about 10 years since 2009, and conducted four surveys, including the “shopping street survey” and the “consumer purchasing behavior awareness survey” conducted for the first time in two years.
