At the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market, in order to support domestic fishery operators and restaurants affected by the COVID-19, the Yokohama Fish Market Wholesale Cooperative led a collection of recipes using five kinds of domestic seafood (buri, red sea bream, salmon, scallop, and tuna) in cooperation with producers of domestic seafood and NPO Yokohama Gastronomy Council, has been published.
At the same time, restaurants with recipes will hold a "Yokohama Market Fair" in which special menus are offered for a limited time.
