[About the digitization implementation status of city companies]
・About two-thirds of companies in all industries answered that they are implementing digitalization.
・Regarding the implementation and promotion of digitalization, "human resource development and securing human resources" is the most important thing, and "there are few human resources who can respond" is the most important issue, and it is important to solve human resources issues.
・Approximately 70% of companies that have already implemented and have achieved results are working to promote transformation by top management.
