On November 4, Mayor Odesa decided to provide emergency support in response to the request of Cairo for cold clothing and shoes, as measures against cold weather were urgent issues.
All of the relief supplies have arrived in Odesa City by December 13 (local time).
In the future, we plan to use it by Odesa citizens.
