The City of Yokohama will co-host "Japan-IIASA Joint Seminar in Yokohama: How Japan's experience can contribute to IPCC climate change and urban reports?", held in Pacifico-yokohama on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 by the Ministry of the Environment and IIASA.
Takeharu Yamanaka, Mayor of Yokohama, will give a keynote speech at the seminar, and will send Yokohama's efforts to decarbonize Yokohama City and transition to a recycling-oriented society to the international community, including those involved in IPCC.
