At around 10:03 pm on February 2, 2025 (Sunday), the elevator stopped at Katakuracho Station (Kanakawa-ku, Yokohama) on the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line, and four customers in the elevator were trapped for about 98 minutes.
