The National Council for Cultural Affairs (Chairman Noboru Sato) reported to the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology about the recognition of holders of important Intangible Cultural Property "Noshitekata" and selected preservation technology "Armor Repair" after deliberation and resolution of the Council's Cultural Properties Subcommittee held on Friday, July 22, 2022.
According to the official report, there will be only one holder of Intangible Cultural Property Kunishige in Yokohama City. In addition, there is only one person who holds the national selection preservation technology.
