The Yokohama City Council City Council Bureau Career Education Program will be held at City Council Bureau Yokohama City Council and Yokohama City University!

　With the reduction of the age of suffrage and adult age, it is urgently necessary for younger generations aged 18 and over to deepen their understanding of the local community, foster the ability to participate in society and politics, and sovereign consciousness.
　In response to this challenge, since fiscal 2022, Yokohama City Council City Council Bureau and Yokohama City University have contributed to raising the sovereign and occupational awareness among students through the implementation of events for children, work experience involved in policy research, and exchange of opinions with city council members.
　In 2024, we will expand the scope of participation to students other than Yokohama City University to provide a wide range of younger generations with opportunities to deepen their understanding of parliamentary and parliamentary activities and municipal administration.
